Anne Krendl completed her undergraduate degree at Harvard University, her Ph.D. from Dartmouth College, and postdoctoral training at Tufts University with Nalini Ambady and Boston College with Elizabeth Kensinger. She joined the faculty in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Indiana University in 2012. Dr. Krendl uses a social neuroscience approach to investigate the mechanisms underlying social cognitive aging and social stigma. Prior to pursuing her graduate degree, Dr. Krendl worked as an assignment editor for CNN in Atlanta.

Colleen Hughes completed her undergraduate degree at St. Mary's College of Maryland, her Ph.D. at Indiana University, and her postdoctoral training at the Montreal Neurological Institute at McGill University. Dr. Hughes examines how behaviors (e.g., social skills) and brains change across the lifespan and in older age. When not in the lab, she enjoys reading, traveling, and anything outdoors in warm weather.

Clare Johnson completed her undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina and Ph.D. at Indiana University studying cannabinoids and lipid signaling molecules as part of the Bradshaw lab. Dr. Johnson is currently a Certified Associate in Project Management and is working towards becoming a Project Management Professional with the NiMBLe lab. When not in the lab, she enjoys reading, hot yoga, and foraging for mushrooms with her dogs.

Roberto French

Roberto is a graduate student in the Computational and Cognitive Neuroscience track within the department of Psychological and Brain Sciences. Roberto is interested in the neural network architecture of the brain, specifically how it interacts with sociocognitive behavior and how that interaction changes with age. Outside of his research, Roberto loves drawing, painting, and photography alongside spending time with his family.

Carter Wittendorf

Carter Wittendorf is a Junior from Granger, Indiana who is majoring in Human Biology and minoring in Psychology. Carter is also a Cox Research Scholar and enjoys traveling to compete in pickleball tournaments.
